SkaiScraper is $80 per seat per month. One plan, no tiers, no minimums. Companies that sign up during the founding year keep the rate they start on. What that lock covers, and the six things it does not, are both on this page.
Decided by headcount at signing. Fewer than 100 employees, or 100 and above.
The 33% is a first-year prepayment discount and does not carry forward. From year two you pay 16% off your locked base price, billed annually in advance. Sign while the base is $80 and that is $67.20 per seat per month — and if list later rises to $130, you keep paying $67.20, because the discount is computed against the base you locked, never the current list. This is the most misread term in the program, which is why it is stated twice.
Six carve-outs. They are here rather than in fine print because a lock you misunderstand is worse than one you never had.
Measurement orders, agent runtime, voice minutes, SMS and telephony, and third-party data pass-through bill at then-current rates.
A product that did not exist in the suite at signing is not covered by a lock taken out before it.
The lock applies up to twice the seat count at signing. Seats beyond that band are added at then-current list.
The lock does not survive acquisition or sale of the company.
A gap in paid status beyond 60 days ends the lock permanently.
Where a third-party cost moves beyond a stated threshold, the metered carve-outs may be renegotiated. The base rate never is.

All six must be true. Rewards vest at day 60, not at signup. Pending and verified referrals are tracked separately.
